PADS Lake County is thrilled to once again SleepOut for Shelter, and raise funds to support our neighbors experiencing homelessness. This year individuals may get involved in-person or virtually. In-Person: Join PADS at Joy Lutheran Church; participants are welcome to bring a tent, sleep in their car, and enjoy food and games throughout the night. Registration is free. Participants who raise a minimum of $25 per person will gain access to the event and entry into this year’s raffle. Virtual: Connect with family, friends, community organization, classmates, or co-workers by camping out in your backyard/living room/campground, hosting a digital fundraiser to support the folks in our community experiencing homelessness, and join PADS for a virtual rally to celebrate. You will be invited to the virtual event at no cost. Entry into this year’s raffle is based on fundraising levels.

Save the dates! St. Demetrios Church will host its Spring Greek Food Fest. Enjoy all the delicious food without having to cook! Dine-in and carryout available. Opa!

AAUW Preschool invites everyone to their Spring Carnival! Fun for the whole family!

The Waukegan Symphony Orchestra presents Beautiful Solos Spring Concert on Sunday, May 15, 2022 at 3pm at the Orlin D. Trapp Auditorium in Waukegan High School's Brookside Campus. Season tickets are available online, at the Jack Benny Center for the Arts, or via telephone at (847) 360-4740. All tickets bought online will be held at the box office.

The 2022 Old School Sundays features The Mix Master Lance Dowdell Jr. aka L Jammin D with occasional Appearances from DJ Rickybobby Moore and Video Screen King DJ Midas K. Kitchen stays open late. 30+
