HireX - Virtual
Veterans! Explore new opportunities at companies around you whether you're actively looking or just curious. By attending this virtual event, you will be able to chat directly with hiring managers, get instant feedback on your resume, and get hired! The HireX virtual job fair allows you to interview virtually with employers through video, audio, and/or text chat. Five days prior to the job fair, you will receive an email to view registered companies and available jobs. Then, you can schedule an interview in advance and skip the line to speak with a hiring manager. Once the job fair begins, you will have 3-hours to speak with employers in attendance.

This update will create a Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) that will organize and modify development regulations in Waukegan. Join the City and CMAP for a community workshop to learn how zoning regulations impact your day-to-day life. Bring the kids - they will have fun, interactive activities! Contact Jaemi Jackson with questions about the workshop at email@example.com or (312) 386-8706.

In 1992, Rolling Stone declared Soul Asylum to be "the country's best live band." Fast forward several years and this gritty, guitar-driven band still knows how to rock a crowd.
In 2020, they enjoyed their best-selling tour in 15 years, with sold-out shows in Chicago, Minneapolis and San Diego. Their latest album, Hurry Up and Wait, is their highest charting release in 25 years. And 2022 marks the 30th anniversary of their triple-platinum LP, Grave Dancers Union, which featured a huge "runaway" hit that won a Grammy® Award for Best Rock Song.
They may be a few years older, but these souls still know how to run the asylum.
