The UMMA BASIC NEEDS program provides food, toiletries, clothing and household supplies like toilet paper and paper towels to families in need. Each week, they hand out 50-100 BASIC NEEDS bags to anyone, including seniors, unemployed and undocumented individuals. Registration is required unless otherwise stated and may be done in person.

This class will focus on foundational yoga poses, tuning into the alignment of postures with the connection of movement and breath. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for gentle and balanced practice. Take your practice a bit deeper if you have a more experienced practice or just enjoy the flow if you are newer to your practice. Space is limited, no walk-ins. Registration required 90 minutes prior to the start of class.
