    The Waukegan City Council meets the first and third Monday of every month, except when holidays are observed on those days. The public is encouraged to attend the meeting and welcome to address City Council by signing up at the back of the Council Chambers - or, while Council meetings are still virtual, by submitting written, audio or video comments by 4pm the day of the meeting.
