That survey will help Waukegan be compliant with the Illinois Lead Service Line Replacement Act.
Starting tomorrow, February 23rd, the City's GIS Analyst, Marvin C., will go door-to-door in a variety of areas throughout the city to help our residents complete the survey. Marvin will field questions, give step-by-step instructions, and/or help individuals manually complete the survey.
