The Waste Management Leaf Collection schedule is now available for Waukegan. Leaves must be raked onto the parkway - NOT into the street - to be vacuumed in accordance with the schedule. Do not put leaves in plastic bags. Waste Management will adhere as close to the schedule as possible, but due to weather and the rate leaves fall, adjustments may occur.
