The City of Waukegan is experiencing technical issues with the City’s third party online and phone payment provider. Payments made after August 1, 2021 made online or over the phone have not been reflecting in the City’s financial ERP system. We want to reassure all water account holders that the City is working diligently to rectify this matter and that all payments made will be credited. At this time, penalties or late fees will not be assessed on water accounts. The City apologizes for any inconveniences that may have resulted from this issue.
