The 2020 Waukegan Leaf Collection guidelines have been set by Advanced Disposal. As a reminder, these are guidelines and both inclement weather and the rate leaves fall may change the actual dates. Rake leaves to the parkway or curb, but not into the street. Do not put leaves in plastic bags. Leaf burning is prohibited.
