Mark your calendars for the Second Sunday Relax and Recharge Sound Baths! Join Natural Balance on a Sunday afternoon for a 90 minute session of escape from everyday stress. During this session you will be able to relax your mind, body and spirit while the beautiful sounds of flutes and quartz crystal bowls flow over you. Diane Counts creates beautiful sound waves that take you through a journey of healing, relaxation and immune boost vibrations using a variety of instruments including, crystal bowls, flutes and more. Bring your own yoga mat, blanket(s), pillow, bolsters and eye pillow. Chair will be provided for those who prefer to sit.
