Join the Lake County Municipal League in this 5K virtual race open to all ages. All proceeds will benefit The 100 Club of Illinois. The 100 Club of Illinois provides for the families of first responders who have lost their lives in the line of duty. All participants will receive a shirt if they register before April 25th. How this virtual event will work this year: 1. Register here to make sure to get your gear. 2. Get your gear mailed straight to your door. 3. Run/walk a 5K (3.1 miles) on your own or with your family/friends, on a course of your choosing or treadmill. You can use a watch or app to track your distance or even map it out with your car! Complete the distance between May 1 - May 31. 4. Send Lake County Municipal League your results to info@lakecountyleague.org and watch for the results to be posted the week of June 6th.
