Join Sugar Skulls Xilotl and Waukegan Public Library in learning about "Día de Muertos" and decorate your own Sugar Skull for free! Sugar Skull and all decorative materials provided. Register by calling the Library at (847)623-2041 or stopping by the Main Branch. Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
