    The City will host a Community/Police Use of Force Discussion with moderator and a panel and will include a presentation of Illinois Statutes, Waukegan Police Department Policy, and statistical information. Objectives include: Create an information sharing and listening opportunity/platform for the community, city government and police; Educate the community on the pillars and cadence of use of force; Review highlights of President Obama’s Task Force on 21st.
