The Consolidated Plan is prepared every five years and its planning process serves as the framework for a community-wide dialogue to identify housing, economic, and community development needs and priorities. The Draft Fiscal Years 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and PY2020 Annual Action Plan are currently available for public comment starting March 2, 2020 through April 6, 2020. Please submit a comment to CDBG@waukeganil.gov, attend the public hearing on March 16, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. at Waukegan City Hall, Council Chambers, 100 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Waukegan, IL 60085 to submit a comment, or visit the CDBG Department at Waukegan City Hall at the address above or the Waukegan Public Library at 128 North County Street, Waukegan, IL 60085 to review the document and submit a comment.
